Observation

During the unannounced monitor visit on 8/21/2023 the licensor was notified that the program had moved Infants due to planned construction out of the licensed building to a unapproved licensed Trailer on the premises. The trailer has not been approved by the Department nor the State Fire Marshal. The space did not have a Occupancy Permit for the Trailer when visits were conducted by the previous licensor, Diane and supervisor, Natasha and the fire marshal, Cozetta.
